Menurut urus setia persatuan ini Persatuan Buddhist Tzu Chi adalah Pertubuhan kebajikan yang menbantu keluarga miskin jangka panjang dan pendek, mangsa bencana dan melaksanakan projek kitar semula. Selain itu, kelas pendidikan Humanity menjalankan pendidikan sepanjang hayat untuk kanak-kanak\u00a0 dan remaja demi mencapai hasrat pengasas pertubuhan \u201cMaster Cheng Yen\u201d iaitu Mesyuarat aman, tenteram dan harmoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendidikan Humanity Tzu Chi berhasrat mencapai objektif memperkenalkan dan mempelajari mengenai proses dan kerjaya pertanian kepada anak-anak muridnya semoga dapat menghargai titik peluh para petani yang dihormati. Peserta juga berpeluang sendiri bagaimana penanaman sayur dilakukan serta menuai selepas bertanam. Keghairahan mereka melihat suasana kawasan tanaman ini membuatkan beliau begitu teruja menikmati permandangan dan kerja-kerja pertanian yang dijalankan di situ menurut Penyelia Kawasan TKPM UluTiram
