Pendekatan yang fleksibel dari segi masa latihan dan kursus yang ditawarkan.\u00a0Impak dari perlaksanaan amat positif sehingga ada yang telah menjadi usahawan hasil dari mengikuti LKTF. Pegawai pembimbing IAT Pejabat Pertanian Daerah Segamat, Puan Noorsakinah binti Sothir adalah tenaga pengajar sepanjang kursus tersebut dijalankan.
